   EL Theological College has councils, Unions and Units in operations that boost the growth, popularity administration and programs. The councils, unions and units in EL Theological College are parts of its government, administration and its visible leadership for the academic growth and spiritual survival and ministerial victory.    • Governing Council

   The governing council of EL Theological College is the highest authority in EL Theological College, living structure that stands as the Apex organ of the college, that constitutes scholars, wise men and women of educational backgrounds and deep spiritual influence and Bible faith and orientation from different churches of holiness convictions.

   • Administrative Council

   The Administrative Council in EL Theological College is a council that constitutes only lecturers and the  senior academic staff of the college headed by the administrative Provost, assisted by the  campus rector of the college, whose duties are treat, consider and deal with all day-to-day needs and problems of the college and to find solutions on how the college shall grow and to move ahead.

   • Academic Staff Union

   This is also known as the lecturers union or the senior staff union of the college, that is only constituted of the lecturers whose business is focused on academic issues, studies, exams, study materials, hand outs, courses and students issues. This union is also concerned with classes, vacation, resumption and with accurate times table of EL Theological College Nigeria.

   • Non-Academic Staff Union.

   This also known as the non-teaching staff of EL Theological College whose businesses are focused with the progress and success of the institution in other hand apart from academic matters, the non-academic staff union of EL Theological College is bent to build and to uplift the business of the  college and to upgrade duties at their charge.

   • Eltheco Alumni

   Eltheco Alumni is the union of all graduated students of Eltheco in Nigeria and abroad. This I the union that graduated but still attached and remains part of EL Theological College and work and walk with the college and holds its meetings, especially where it concerns the progress and advancement of EL Theological College Nigeria.

   • Students Union of Eltheco.

   The student union of EL Theological College is the organization or coming together of all the present students in the college. It comprises both those on full time, part time, weekend students, Online students and the correspondent students. Their major concerns are on how best their studies shall be enjoyable and issues that shall keep and preserve EL Theological College vision, mission, ministry and all its academic programs.

   • Eltheco Benevolent Unit.

   Eltheco benevolent union is a humanitarian department of the college that is attached with BISHOP EMMANUEL ELCARE FOUNDATION INC. that cares for the poor, the sick, widows, orphans, unfortunate citizens and the  destitute. Eltheco benevolent unit is the continuation of the business of BISHOP EMMANUEL ELCARE FOUNDATION in EL Theological College that takes care of the poor students, the sick students and the helpless students and grant such students scholarship of no financial responsibility and of paying no money but to study free of charge and free of any monetary payment in the college.

    

   • EL GROUP OF GOSPEL LITERATURES AND OUTREACH ORGANIZATION (EGGLOO)

   The literature in ELGROUP OF INTERNATIONAL GOSPEL ORGANIZATIONS (ELGIGO) is the department that deals on publications, on printing, on books, tracts, bookshops, libraries, gospel materials and all other printing issues in gospel productions especially the Bible and materials for Christian growth. The literature department is among the five gospel units in EL Group of International gospel organization (ELGIGO). Literature unit in ELGIGO can be well understood as Bible section, book section, paper section, tracts section, picture section, magazine section, library and reading section, it is gospel publication section in the five units of EL Group of International Gospel Organizations (ELGIGO).    Each of these above shall be expanded explained and shall be discussed on each merit. El Group of international Gospel Organizations (Egigo) has different units or departments to carryout its task of the gospel, spreading all over the world in order to reach the unreached, touch the untouched, church the unchurched and Christianize and unchristianized with the gospel of life, through the name of JESUS CHRIST our lord, Amen. We, have ten solid routes through which, the literature department of El Group of international Gospel Organizations (ELGIGO) can reach out and touch souls for Jesus. We have no other mission on earth but to spread the gospel, reach unsaved, restored the backsliders and to equip the saints, which we classify as our mission. This literature department is known and called “THE GOSPEL IN LITERATURE”  Which is the powerful means to reach the world of the present computer age. “AND GOD WROTE THE LAW EX.34:28, AND GOD COMMANDED MOSES TO WRITE THE LAW DEUT.31:9, AND BOOKS WERE OPENED, REV.20:12, UNDERSTANDETH THOU WHAT THOU READETH, ACTS8:30-32. AND THESE WERE WRITTEN THAT THOU MAYEST BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD AND THAT BELIEVING IN HIM THAT THOU SHALL BE SAVED JN.21:25, JN.20:30-31.

   THE SUMMARY OF ELTHECO SCHOLASTIC LIBRARY AND CHRISTIAN RESEARCHING CENTER
   Eltheco Scholastic Library was founded by Rev. Prof Emma Ononuju, the President and founder of El Theological College Aba, Abia State Nigeria. Rev Prof Emma Ononuju is a popular scholar who preferred immortalize solid ideas of solid heroes whose pens and biros can never be forgotten, nor can their books, papers and words be easily forgotten. Those were men and women wo made history in this world and whose ideas and actions affected their generations. These are men live John Wesley, William Booth, Billy Grahan, Oral Roberts, Bille Joe Daughtery, A.A Alalibo, Akobundu Onwuegbulam, Benson Idahosa, Uma Ukpai and other gospel heroes in nigeria and other parats of the world. It was the memories of Christian heroes that motivated Rev. Prof Emma Ononuju to establish a library where the ideas, words, preachings, teachings, works and the activities of these great and departed Christian heroes shall continue speaking to people of our generation. The issue was to use the ideas, teachings, preachings, visions, documents and gospel materials of the past Christian heroes to build, teach, equip and to educate ministers of our generation hence such works from God through these men can never expire. These heroes mentioned above but their ideas and seeds they planted are still growing and still blessing people of our time.

   There is no how today shall be when yesterday is not, and how today can stand if yesterday is forgotten, thus researching, reading and studying  what these heroes said, what they taught, how they lived, what they did, how their Christian ideas or faith are the very oceans of today’s studies, researches and discoveries.

   Rev Prof Emma Ononuju DRE, DCA, PhD, DD, find it very necessary and unshitably relevant to use the unexpirable word of God preached yesterday by great men of God the soon coming great men of God today who shall do greater works for God, thus Eltheco Scholastic Library is using the inspired word of God taught by the anointed men of God to teach and to prepare the present men of God.

   The vision of Rev Prof Emma Ononuju, the President and founder of Eltheco Scholastic Library and Christian Researching Center is to use the true word of God to prepare the true men of God in our present generation, thus, Eltheco Scholastic Library and Christian Researching Center becomes the best and the most academic Christian library in Abia State of Nigeria. Thus, Christian research simply means “Discovering the ideas, experiences, words, explanations, histories, methods and the works of the successful heroes past” it is also “mastering the experiences, influences, possessions, keys, secrets, power and the wisdom of the living heroes of faith and seeking ways to use them” Eltheco Scholastic Library and Christian Researching Center is the product of vision, burden, prayer, faith and faithfulness of Rev. Prof Emma Ononuju who has the vision to produce, build and to equip people with the truth, faith, holiness, zeal, righteousness and spirituality through scholastic and academic researches in well equipped library, thus, he established this as we see it today.
