   LIFE IN THE CAMPUS:
   EL Theological College is deepest in spirituality and holiness in practice. Our lecturer stand as missionaries of life and character of Jesus Christ in carrying the students along. This has given rooms to the establishment of strong disciplinary body in the school known as the judiciary, whose assignment is to check and balance the students lives and characters or their moral activities, based on the Holy Bible. As our college is a Holiness Bible College, our students are always reminded that holiness is the foremost principle for the kingdom of God, whom we are representatives of the lives here are epitome of holiness, love, obedience and truth as we see in Christ Jesus.

   Our campus life is forbidden of foul talks, foolish and seductive appearances, hypocritical and arrogant lives and other unfriendly characters. We preach and practice holiness in our Bible College. Our lecturers and students represent the true image of Jesus Christ living epistles and exemplary lives of what we preach and teach in our Bible college. As holiness Bible College, truth and love are majored and the image of God is represented. This is what is lacking in many Bible colleges. This is the best and the most spiritual and the most academic Bible College I have ever come across.

I know many people here today will donate cash, houses, lands or even cars to our college as these needs have made known to you, which shall soon embark on the development of new site in Aba.    I thank God for His love and protection towards our souls. I also thank all of you who are here today in this occasion. I am very proud to associate with EL Theological College. This Bible College has produced great men and women who are performing greatly in the gospel ministry today with “HOLINESS” as their key emphasis. EL Theological College is very spiritual and at the same time is maintaining higher academic standards. I urge all around her today to see EL Theological College as Bible College for all, standing for inter-denominational services at all, even to you. I confirm this Bible College as the greatest and as the best in our country and stands as most superior.

   Any effort, support or courage given to this godly college shall be counted as having done that to God because a proven Institution of God almighty. I therefore charge the students of EL Theological College both those matriculating, those graduating and those still studying to be good ambassadors of this college and to represent it wherever they are. To the staff, I also advise that they be more committed to duties, doing the works as unto the Lord, because money is not everything on earth, but your diligent service to others shall yield great dividends to you. All who are great men and women today are those who served others without hypocrisy in their hearts. I therefore plead with the students and staff of this Bible College to be greatly committed, have selfless services, protect the interest of the president and the college at large and aim at the growth of this college. You must labour hard, pray hard and move ahead to sustain the future life of EL Theological College and to make the vision of the college president to be a reality.    The best Bible College in deed, I bring to all of you, the true testimony one a Bible College called and known as EL Theological College. This Bible College is born to reveal Christ in full and to bring Christianity back to what God called it to be. My visits and observation s of what EL Theological College holds challenged me to  make my observations, my views, my  finding and my understanding of what EL Theological College stands for and what it means in the world of Christians and the society at large:-

   1. EL Theological College holds true Biblical word and doctrines as of old when Peter and Paul preached the word.
   2. EL Theological College is holy, righteous, pure, sincere and privately and publicly stands for God and for His word always.
   3. EL Theological College, infact is too scholastic, highly academic and greatly theological, influencing the students positively and wonderfully to the glory of God.
   4. EL Theological College, based on my private observation and evaluation is the best Bible College in Nigeria and perhaps in West Africa.
   5. The President of EL Theological College Rev. Prof. Emma Ononuju is a holy man with steady emphasis on sanctification, also a scholar with four doctorate degrees, who has influence on the students and the entire College with his wealth of knowledge and deep spiritual  ocean.
   6. I am not surprised that it shall be so, due to the level of the founder and president of this college and urge the students to pay more attention in order to be great after their studies.

   1. FROM DR. AUGUSTINE:

   Like what the author of the John’s gospel said if I sit to write all I know abour EL Theological College, I can’t describe how many books I shall write or how many books that can contain that. This is not an exaggeration to say that there ae only two Bible Colleges in this state and these are “EL Theological College” and others. EL Theological College is the most disciplined Bible College in the state, the most academic Bible College, the mopst evangelistic Bible college, the most missionary Bible College, the deepest in studies, Most Biblical in Studies and in all approaches the most exemplary Bible College and the best College I know. There is no exaggeration in my findings that many students I see in Diploma and Bachelor classes  in EL Theological College  today were former lecturers in other Bible Colleges in Abia State who were sometimes called doctorate and masters degree holders from other Bible Colleges, but today are diploma and  Bachelor degree students in EL Theological College because there Doctorate and masters programs in their former theological colleges can only be compared with the diploma  and bachelor degrees in EL Theological College. I don’t want to mention the names of the students and their former Bible Colleges, but this is undoubtable truth of God’s word; EL Theological College is the best Bible College in Nigeria according to my private  findings and evaluations. Without doubt and pride I recommend all who want to be useful in gospel field should go to EL Theological College for comprehensive spiritual, scriptural, academic, theological and scholastic training.

I want to say that EL Theological College is a real mountain of transformation in our days because there cannot be any person that passes through EL Theological College without being transformed without positive changes and without new thing in the person.    COLLEGE OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

    

   1	The Rector or the Provost	The general supervisor, administrator and the general director of the campus who can act at the absence of the president and founder of the institution. He is the most senior officer of the institution outside the president
   2	The Registrar	The general scribe, receiver of all college documents, students admission, results and students particulars. He is an administrator in agreement with the Rector.
   3	Dean of Studies or the Academic Dean	He is the custodian of the courses, share courses with the lecturers, schedule exams with the rector and with the registrar and to submit all exams and results to the registrar
   4	Director of Mission and Christian Ministries	This is the pastor of the college, incharge of the spiritual lives of all in the campus. He is incharge of chapel, incharge of Eltheco nights, incharge all prayers of students, incharge of college evangelism and follow up of new students and hunting of the admitted students.
   5	Director of Campus and Students activities (Dean of Students life)	He sees all about neatness of the compound, the businesses of the students, the earliness, attendance and all problems of the students. The needs to make sure they are in obedience to college authority is in his hand. The Director of campus shall make sure that each student gets at least four new students before his graduation, this is a task.
   6	Director of Businesses and Secular Programs	This is the officer incharge of college workers, building works, contract engagements, college bookshops, printing matters, college publications, director of all non academic staff, the care taker of the college library, the PRO of the  college and other non-academic matters of the college in close contact with the rector and registrar.
   7	Director of Results and Statistics.	This is the officer that gathers and collects results, students score and all academic activities of the students immediately after exams and lecturers shall hand over students scores to him immediately after exams. He is an official PA to the registrar and works in submissive and  closest relationship with the  registrar. He is under the  registrar.

    

   OFFICIAL HINTS TO LECTURERS.
   This is a holiness Bible College and shall remain the same. Usurpation, disrespect to senior officers and unscriptural gang up are not allowed therefore the lecturers should always heed to the original spirit of God that built this institution in all things. As usual lecturers in one of the institutions are also lecturers in all the institutions.

   MINISTERIAL EVALUATION OF OUR STUDENTS.
   Ministerial evaluation of the Eltheco students are special test, training, commitment duties assigned to students while in the college in order to train them, encourage or engage them in gospel ministries which shall help them in their various ministries after their graduations: The should start their ministerial practices while in the college before going to the fields after graduation.

   Below are some of the assignments to equip the students.

   • Leading in Prayer Programs:  To make our students very familiar with church programs, we engage them and at times make them to lead in general college program, group prayer program, periodic prayer program, hostel prayer program or class prayer program inorder to make them be very familiar with frequent church programs.
   • Leading Group Evangelistic Programs: In order to clear fear, shame and shyness out of our students and  in order to make them be familiar with evangelistic fields, we assign our students to lead some evangelistic groups to preach and to evangelize towns, cities and villages around our institution. This stands as a part of their ministerial training which shall help to understand the evangelistic fields and people before their graduation.
   • Leading in Counseling: Our students are engaged in group counseling or what we may call counseling practice which shall help the students to be perfect in counseling and guidance as parts of their church ministries before their graduation. We try as much as we can to make the students ministries to be practical to him before graduation.
   • Leading in Worship and Christian Service:  To make our students to understand and to be familiar with Christian worship, we engage and assign our students to lead or to co-ordinate church worship (chapel worship of Eltheco), external visitations in order  to educate them all about ministries and  to evaluate them also, in order to help them.

   I present to you the programmes, missions, ministries, strategies, targets and visions of EL Group of Theological Institutions Nigeria which include the following theological institutions:

   We issue degrees from all our affiliated institutions abroad. We are in Eberi Omuma LGA to give comprehensive, adequate and higher level of theological education, to called men and women and to all who desire to know more. We are fully registered in Nigeria and incorporated  by the corporate affairs commission, Abuja FCT, Nigeria. Our main campus in Asa Nnentu Aba is in our own land and with needed facilities all in making. We are also recognized and approved in Nigeria as a higher institution of theological studies.

   This is time when documented authority to minister is required. This is the time that some gospel ministers preach, teach, minister and  offer some sacraments without official documents backing them and authorizing them to do such in this scientific, technological, educational, logical and legal society which when the negative and contrary issues occur, they fall into great danger and regret, that is why we organize these programmes of ministerial licensing and ordination.

   I therefore challenges you and urge you to search, send and recommend qualified people for ministerial licensing (commissioning), qualified people for ordinations that day, qualified people for honorary doctorate degree awards who also shall go with their certificates, then, new students for admission who shall through studies in our institution become great, mature, academic, theological, visionary oriented and strategic in missions. Work with us and see how great your life, business and family shall be, because you are a co-worker in God’s great business in Eberi Omuma, Rivers State, Nigeria.

   Any student, no matter the level he or she may apply to study in our institutions or in our affiliate institutions, shall receive 50% scholarship benefit if such one comes with a letter from CAN, PFN or from other branches of CAN in Omuma LGA of Rivers State.    ACADEMIC EVALUATION AND COMPULSORY TEST IN EL THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE.
   In order to equip and to build the students strongly, academically and educatively in order to stand boldly and powerful in the society and at pulpit. All these are done to produce the best gospel ministers whose lives and works shall please God. Below are the academic evaluations and compulsory test.

   • Library Research:  EL Theological College has compulsory periods of research in every trimester when the students are compelled by lecturers to visit the library for a specific research business as may be described and directed by the lecturer. This exercise is specifically done to develop the brain and to equip the students academically.
   • Preaching Evaluation:  This is different from the main preaching business of the students but class evaluation when the lecturers examines the students preaching abilities by engaging them in preaching one after the other in order to empower their boldness and their familiarity in pulpit exhibitions.
   • Teaching Evaluation:  Here each student shall present in writing a topic given to him by the lecturer in order to evaluate their teaching abilities, who also shall be called to teach his or her fellow students what he wrote as his or her teaching materials, this makes the student to be a great teacher and fearless exposer.
   • Brainwork:  This has to do with students philosophy, psychology and the students level of reasoning. This is where hard social, cultural scriptural or family questions shall be given to students to answer all in writing not less than 20 pages. This is to test their reasoning and thinking abilities and to discover ways to help generally.
   • Christian writing:  Our students are fully taught on how ro write, what to write and issues necessary to know on writing. Based on this, our students are tested on how to write based on the Bible stories, Bible life, Bible prophecies, articles, messages or Bible commandments. These are academic means to help the students become writers and great readers. This also will help the students to research.

   MINISTERIAL FEATURES IN EL THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE
   There are six ministerial features in EL Theological College which are strategies to build, equip, train and to sink the students into the ministerial ocean in order to initiate them into the Biblical holiness, sanctification and righteous living with steady fear of God. The faith based on their grooming and  the impartations from these programmes known as ministerial features of Eltheco. Below are the six features:-

   • The Bible Week:  Bible week in EL Theological College is a week mapped out to study the secrets of the Bible Heros, Ethics of the Christian man, How to succeed and how to please God, the two main emphasis on this are faith and obedience.
   • Revival Week:  This is a one week holiness preaching and teaching in EL Theological College where a guest speaker is involved to speak to the students in order to bring them into deep spirituality, sanctification or true holiness. This goes with true and thorough heart probing sermons.
   • Pentecostal Week: This is aweek when the true Pentecost experience is taught in EL Theological College, the main emphasis is the gifts and the works of the Holy Spirit. Students through this program shall be taught to be charismatic, be anointed and be taught how to work for God with unction and in good relationship with Holy Spirit.
   • Mission Week:  This is a one week program like others, the emphasis here is evangelism, soul winning and missionary activities. The spirit of soul winning shall be imparted into the students and the persuasion of missionary work shall be created into the students of Eltheco.
   • Field Ministry:  This a one month outreach program when students are sent to different churches for preaching and teaching, under which their ministerial performances shall be evaluated by the churches they were sent to. This is a practical ministry.
   • Harvest Week:  This is the week of prayer and soul winning in Eltheco when the students go out for evangelism.

   • To Know Jesus and to Make Him Known:  Our targets and pursuits are to know Jesus and the power of His resurrection and to make Him known to our students who also shall make Him known to their church members. Thus, we cover the world in evangelism and with the gospel of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
   • To Train and Equip the Students:  Our target is to train our students perfectly and powerfully and to make them true disciples of Christ in deed, in words, in actions and by faith. We are not yet true, through and thorough in our college until our students become the genuine disciples of Christ.
   • To Struggle to become the Best:  Our vision in training the students and in producing the genuine disciples of Christ is to become the best of our type and second to none, while Jesus reigns in our programs always, we run to become the best of all.
   • To Please God Always:  We vow to be in the best book of God and to please God always, full of faith, faithfulness, love obedience and humility. Heaven is our focus, while seeing Jesus at last is our goal, therefore vow to  please our God always, everyday and everywhere in our life.

   ART AND RELIGION
   At the M.A. level, this area deals with the way in which art and religion inform each other, focusing on a variety of media, especially the visual arts, film , dance and drama and their contemporary as well as historic expressions. Each school may have a distinct emphasis e.g. Poetry, aesthetics, music and not the visual art focus of other schools. In  addition to courses, students can do course work in the arts while also having access to the cultural resources.

   BIBLICAL STUDIES:
   Study in the area provides a strong foundation in the entire biblical corpus. In addition to the Jewish and Christian canonical deuterocanonical and extra-canonical scriptures, study also covers the background literature of early Israel, Biblical and post-biblical Judaism and early Christianity. The critical study of primary text is emphasized and the development of skill in appropriate languages is central to the program.

   CHRISTIAN SPIRITUALITY:
   Students in this area study Christian religious experience. The program is focused on Christian Spirituality in the context of the broad contemporary understanding of spirituality and in conversion with religious spiritualities outside the Christian sphere. Students work to develop competence in biblical and historical foundations of Christian Spirituality.

   CULTURAL & HISTORICAL STUDIES OF RELIGIONS
   Students in this area incorporate cross cultural and historical themes, building upon scholarly methodologies that advance critical understandings of interreligious multicultural and contextual religious experience. Traditions for study include Buddhism, Chinese, Japanese Religions, Christianity and Judaism.

   ETHICS AND SOCIAL THEORY, RELIGION AND SOCIETY.
   Study in this area combines ethics and the social sciences. It includes a focus on theological and social ethics with attention to ethical theory and history, analysis and policy as related to politics, health care, feminist ethics, sexual ethics, professional ethics or environmental ethics. The area can also include the study of religion as a cultural and social phenomenon, with attention to theory, methodology and research in related disciplines such as sociology and anthropology.

   PSYCHOLOGY OF RELIGION:
   The specialized area on the issue of  religious, leading to activities rituals and sacrifices in religion revealing why the religious group do what they and what they expected from such rituals and the benefits they derive from the religion and their belief.

   STUDIES ON DIVINITIES:
   This is primarily a full study on deities, ancient deities, gods of nations and the gods of the ancient world especially the gods of the Palestinian worlds and other Semitic nations as were revealed by the Christian Bible. This course shall also reveal the GOD OF HEBREWS the creator of the heavens and the earth, thus, in course of seeing the nations deities, we discover the true God who created the heavens and earth.

   CHRISTIANITY AND ITS ADHERENTS:
   This study focus on Christianity with a deep concentration to Christian Association of Nigeria (C.A.N.) and the faith of all that worship Jehovah Elohim the God of the Hebrews and the creator of heavens and earth. This course shall treat the effects of Christianity in our land and how far has the unity of C.A.N. helped the churches and the Christian community in Nigeria, especially among the Christians.

   CHRISTIANITY AND TRADITIONAL RELIGIONS.
   This course is an academic program dealing with the effects Christianity among the heathens and the traditionist in the major Christian communities.

   HISTORY:
   Historical studies provide a means for developing an understanding of the Christian religion through critical historical investigation into the unity, diversity and development of the Christommunity from its origins to the present. In asking how Christians in other places and eras acted and believed one acquires analytical skills to evaluate present actions and beliefs.

   HOMILETICS:
   Here one studies the practice of preaching in the context of a faith community, focusing on theoretical, practical and spiritual components. The program involves dialogue with areas of study outside homiletics in order to situate reaching in the context of its broader theological and pastoral landscape.

   LITHURGICAL STUDIES:
   The historical and theological dimensions of Christian worship and ritual practice are the focus of this area. The program is interdisciplinary, and has a focus on both scholarly and pastoral dimensions. Students attend to the multidimensional nature of liturgical contemporary worship.

   RELIGION AND PSYCHOLOGY:
   This area explores the contemporary disciplines of psychology, religious traditions and modes of care and healing. Inherent to the area is the assumption that the resources of contemporary psychology, including social psychology, racial-ethnic. Feminist and cross-cultural perspectives, provide crucial theories and methods that enhance the quality of human life and enrich understandings of religion and theology.

   SYSTEMATIC & PHILOSOPHICAL THEOLOGY:
   Study in systematic and philosophical theology engages in the on-going task of interpreting the Christian faith in response to our modern and emerging post-modem culture. Students and faculty analyze the ancient biblical faith by tracing its influence on the history of ideas, its traditional philosophical reformulations and its various contemporary reconceptualizations. Emphasis is given to the need for theology to be pursued  in an ecumenical spirit and to increased attention to cross-cultural dimensions of understanding.

   • SPECIALIZED M.A. PROGRAMS

   (OUR DEGREE PROGRAMS COME FROM OUR AFFILIATE INSTITUTIONS)

   MASTER OF ARTS IN JEWISH STUDIES
   A Master of Arts with a specialization in Jewish Studies is offered by the Faculty in Jewish studies. The focus is on the history of Jewish thought and spirituality. Jewish/Non Jewish dialogue is an implicit part of the program, so that the unique environment of the Eltheco contributes to and at the same time benefits from such exchanges.

   Admissions requirements follow those of the common M.A with the additional requirement of a solid Hebrew language background or with the knowledge of Judaism. The program requirements follow those of the general Eltheco common M.A. with some additional stipulations. Fourteen full courses    shall be taken, at least five of which shall be offered by the Jewish studies faculty, and five offered by faculty from member schools. As in the common M.A., Students must take one course each in Biblical studies, History, Theology and ethics (Religion and Society).

   In the specialized M.A., the fourteen courses should be distributed as follows:-

   • Two courses in tradition other than Judaism
   • Two ciurses in the history of Jewish thought covering the major  periods of Jewish history.
   • One course in each of the following disciplines:- Hebrew Bible, Rabbinics, Philosophy or mysticism.
   • Three courses shall be Hebrew Text reading courses at the intermediate or advanced levels. Special requirements  1 – 3 above may be fulfilled simultaneously with the general distribution requirements, thus a course in Hebrew Bible fulfills the requirement for a  distribution course in Biblical studies.

   This specialized M.A requires that proficiency in modern Hebrew be demonstrated, according to our language policy. These requirements follow those of the general Eltheco common M.A.

   MASTERS OF ARTS IN BUDDHIST STUDIES.
   A Master of Arts  with specialization in Buddhist studies is offered. The program requirements follow those of the general common M.A. requirements for concentration, distribution, language and thesis. In addition, students are required to take Buddhist Traditions of South Asia. Buddhist Traditions of East Asia and introduction to Shin Buddhist. Thought. A total of nine courses (2 units) in Buddhist studies is required      for degree students in the program.

   The above centres for different specialized studies are not independent school, nor are they of their private credits but parts of special studies and deep researches in EL Theological College which also constitute of what made the EL Theological College the best, the most academic and most scholastic in the country hence, there is no other institution with such centres and the insight attached thereof.

   • MASTER OF ARTS IN BIBLICAL LANGUAGES.

   The Master of Arta in Biblical languages (M.A.B.L) is designed especially for highly qualified persons planning to pursue doctoral studies in biblical studies. The program is also well suited to persons desiring a terminal degree with a  concentration in the Biblical languages and a firm background in Biblical studies. Applicants will be reviewed in terms of their readiness for this highly specialized program and unless highly qualified, may be admitted instead to the Biblical studies Area of the common M.A.

   The admission requirements for the M.A.B.L. parallel those of the common M.A. with the added stipulation for prospective students are expected to have semester length introduction courses in both Old and New Testament studies prior to entry. In the absence of these courses, persons may be admitted but required to extend their program by the addition of these two three unit courses.

   Sixteen three-unit courses are required, distributed as follow:-

   • Course Work in Biblical Languages: (18 units total 12 units in Biblical Hebrew or Greek. 6 units in the other languages). Students with previous language work may achieve advanced standing in order to move into more advanced instruction or to enroll in other language course work.
   • Course work in Biblical Studies: (18 units, at the intermediate  and Advanced levels). Course work should be distributed across at least two or three major blocks of literature in each testament (Law writing, prophets, Gospel and Acts; Pauline writings Johanniner literature and general epistles and should include at least two seminar courses that require major research essays.
   • Course work outside Biblical Studies: (12 units), normally from the history, Theology and Ethics, Areas at the Eltheco students entering with significant background in theology at the undergraduate or graduate levels may enroll in collecteral disciplines offering integrative possibilities with biblical studies (e.g. philosophical hermeneutics, social sciences, rhetoric et al)

   Proficiency in a modern research
   Language – i.e. either French, German or Spanish – is also required for international students whose first language is not English proficiency in English may fulfill this requirement. The completion of the M.A.B.L. is marked by an oral examination oriented around the student’s overall academic work in the program and a major research essay provided by the student for this purpose. No thesis is required in the M.A.B.L. program.

   Upon admission, the student will be advised by the Biblical Studies coordinator for the  M.A.B.L. whether:-

   • He/she will be required to take, in addition to the course work outlined above, introductory courses in the Old Testament and/or the New Testament and
   • He/she will be allowed to take course work outside of biblical studies in collateral disciplines rather than in History, Theology, Ethics etc.

   Although the M.A.B.L is designed to prepare students for doctoral work in biblical studies, successful completion of the M.A.B.L does not guarantee admission to the Ph.D or Th.D programs of the Graduate Theological Union.

   The Eltheco extra research programs are studies, researches and extra works academically and scholarstically done by the students, especially the students  as deep specialized areas or in different fields of concentration within or out the Biblical views and these shall be connected with different schools and centres as are shown or stipulated below:-

   • Centre for Semitic Studies (From Noah)
   • Centre for Jewish Studies (From Moses)
   • Centre for Hindus Studies
   • Centre for Buddhist Studies
   • Centre for Islamic  Studies
   • Centre for Ancient Studies
   • Centre for African Studies
   • Centre for Egyptic Studies  (Egyptology)
   • Centre for Babylonic Studies  (Babylology)
   • Centre for Cosmic Studies (Cosmology)
   • Centre for Prophetic Studies

    

   The above centres are important issue to the students on specialized programs. They also constitute in what makes such programs special, specific or peculiar. All our degree programs and post graduate studies are from our affiliate Institutions.

    

   PART TIME STUDY
   Part-time study during the M.A. must be approved by the dean of the school of affiliation and the Dean financial aid awards will be reduced in correspondence with the reduction in tuition. Part-time study during the tuition/residency portion of the Ph.D. must be approved by the GTU Assistant, financial aid awards will be reduced in correspondence with the reduction in tuition.

   FEE PAYMENT PLANS
   If a doctoral student or student in the M.A. in Jewish studies is unable to pay the full tuition and fees for a given academic semester at the time of registration. Special arrangements may be made with the business office or bursary. Students in the common M.A. who cannot pay their tuition and fees in full at the beginning of the semester should make arrangements with the Business offices of their schools affiliation and the Bursar as a person. Our Degrees and Post-Graduate Studies come from our Affiliate Institutions.

   STUDENTS IN ARREARS.
   Students in arrears in financial obligations for the preceding term, either to the one of the member schools or for library fines, will not be permitted to register for the subsequent term until satisfactory arrangements have been made with appropriate offices. Transcriots and diplomas for students in arrears will not be released until such satisfactory arrangements have been made.

   TUITION REFUNDS
   Tuition will be refunded to students formally withdrawing from the College with appropriate approval on the basis of the following schedule:-

   • During the initial registration period for the semester (first week) and on or before the first registratiojn deadline, full tuition less withdrawal fee.
   • During the late registration period of the semester (second and third week), and on or before the late registration deadline 80% of tuition.
   • During the fourth  and fifth week of the semester, 50% of the tuition.
   • After the fifth week of the semester no refund possible.

   An exception to this policy is for students enrolling at the college for the first time, receiving financial Aid and withdrawing before the end of the ninth week. Students who meet this criteria will have their refunds prorated band returned to the appropriate party (i.e. lender) consistent with published guidelines.

   Refunds requested for medical reasons must be suppoted by a statement from the attending physician with a letter to EL Theological College authority.
